On December 20, 2014, NYPD officer Rafael Ramos was shot in the line of duty.
What the world didn’t know is… he survived. 

Rafael now returns in June of 2025, publically declaring he is Alive Beyond Form,  that the notion of death...is a LIE.   Human beings do not die; they migrate to the next natural phase of live which is another identical dimension overlaying ours within the same space, just in higher frequency.

Mi Ciudad is Rafael's return to patrol—through rhythm, frequency, and will.

Produced by Prince Rogers Nelson, and performed by Prince and Rafael Ramos, this anthem is a love letter to New York City, to the NYPD, to public service, and to the ones who keep walking their beat—even after the headlines stop.

This is a declaration of presence.
